The mixed programme at the English Comedy Night - presented by Humorlabor - features a varied selection of first-rate English-speaking comedians performing comedy in the native language of true stand-up – demonstrating that when it comes to humour, everyone speaks the same language. Gus Horn
Gus Horn is a Brazilian-American comedian currently based in Vienna, Austria. Performing both in English and Portuguese, Gus has brought his witty punchlines to over 16 countries across three different continents. A nuclear engineer by day, Gus likes to joke that he manages nuclear waste for a living and tells dirty jokes to live. In his debut solo, Gus is diving in deep into the intricacies of moving to a third continent and discussing all the culture shocks he’s faced, from minor culture zaps to major “Culture Electrocutions”. Gus has recently opened for comedy legend Russell Peters during his European tour, as well as opening for Rafi Bastos, Liz Miele and George Wallace.

Radu Isac
Ever laughed at a joke that’s a bit wrong but oh-so-right? That’s Radu’s comedy in a nutshell. Radu Isac started comedy in Romania, earning the title of the “comedians’ comedian.” After moving to London, he became a finalist in the English Comedian of the Year and has been crafting his darkly funny, sugar-coated cynicism ever since. Think venomous wit with a glittery twist. He has appeared on BBC, Channel 4, and Comedy Central, and opened for comedy heavyweights like Louie CK and Jim Gaffigan.

Tom Shingler is a talented plonker from the rugged valleys of England who has worked his comedy craft in Salzburg since arriving in 2020. He invites crowds to laugh with him at the gap between hope and reality. Or at him. Whichever works. As part of the Salzburg based „Alpine Fools“ for many years, Tom Shingler is an experienced comedian and already a true local legend.
